How to copy a Facebook Reel link
Copy a public Reel or video link on a phone or computer, then paste it into Freels.
On a phone
Open the Reel or video in the Facebook app. The video must be public. Freels cannot open a Reel that only friends can see.
- Tap Share on the Reel.
- Tap Copy link.
- Return to Freels and paste the link into the field.
- Select Find video, then save the HD or SD file Facebook provides.
On a computer
Open the video in a browser. You can copy the address from the address bar, or use Facebook’s share menu.
- Open the Reel, Watch video, or video post.
- Copy the full address, or choose Share and then Copy link.
- Paste it into Freels and select Find video.
Links Freels can read
A usable link looks like facebook.com/reel/…, facebook.com/watch/?v=…, facebook.com/videos/…, or fb.watch/…. Copy the whole link. A link that stops after facebook.com/reel/ has no video id, so Freels will ask you to paste it again.
