Where your downloaded Facebook video goes
After you choose Save HD or Save SD, the browser stores freels.mp4 in its normal downloads location.
On a computer
Choose Save HD or Save SD. The file is named freels.mp4. Chrome, Edge, and Firefox usually place it in the Downloads folder. Safari may ask where to save it.
On an iPhone
Safari downloads the file to the Downloads folder in the Files app. If the video opens and plays instead, tap the share button in the player and choose Save Video when iOS offers it.
On Android
Chrome saves the file to the Downloads folder. You can also open the browser menu and check Downloads. If the video plays in a tab, use the browser download menu on that video.
